Where his Daily Bat and Cat's Escape series stage costumed figures — Batman and Catwoman — in scenes of everyday leisure, Coming Home turns the same meticulous, cinematic eye toward still life. Each of the series' six works, titled for a single dominant hue — Yellow, Red, Green, Pink, Blue, and Orange — presents one densely gathered floral arrangement rising from a dark vase against an almost black backdrop, lit with the same high-contrast, chiaroscuro sensibility that defines Magnani's figurative work.

The bouquets themselves are deliberately unruly rather than formally arranged, mixing delicate blooms, dried seed heads, and berry-like accents in saturated, jewel-toned palettes.
