Guy Hepner is excited to present five rare Andy Warhol works. Included in this series are two of Warhol’s infamous portraits of the Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong. Mao appears both sinister and comical in these famous renditions by Andy Warhol. Also available are Paramount and Blackglama, two of Warhol’s most well-known and esteemed advertisements. Warhol’s Dollar ($) Signs best represent the artist’s satirical take on conspicuous consumption.  In the words of Warhol, “I like money on the wall. Say you were going to buy a $200,000 painting. I think you should take that money, tie it up, and hang it on the wall.
