New KAWS: Skull Painting Available

A new painting by KAWS, Untitled Skull- 1997 is now available through Guy Hepner. This piece was done with acrylic on cardboard and is a unique work of art. The works of KAWS are highly influenced by iconic characters from modern pop culture and cross the boundaries of traditional art by incorporating commerce, cartoons, and commercials into many of his pieces. He has crossed the boundaries between fine art and mass produced merchandise, because all of his pieces are meant to be universally understood around the world, in different languages and cultures alike.
