In 1959, Andy Warhol created a limited edition cookbook portfolio titled “Wild Raspberries”. Warhol artfully satirized the American middle and upper class obsession with ornate dinner tables and elaborate French food. Andy Warhol’s “Wild Raspberries” portfolio mocked the complicated French gourmet books so much in vogue in the fifties. The twenty-five flamboyant recipes found in this Warhol portfolio are parodies of dishes from over-the-top multi course meals. Guy Hepner is pleased to make available all 18 lithographs from "Wild Raspberries", each hand colored by Andy Warhol. Please contact the gallery for further information.
