Kiku Flowers by Andy Warhol - In 1982 Andy Warhol was asked to create a portfolio focusing in particular on images of flowers for Japanese collectors. Andy Warhol created this beautiful portfolio of Kiku Flowers inspired by the chrysanthemum, which has traditionally symbolized the Japanese emperor and Imperial House. Andy Warhol's exhibition titled Kiku (Japanese for chrysanthemum) was a tremendous success with both collectors and critics.
